tuckershively.com is run by Tucker Shively of Owensboro, Kentucky ("I", "me"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Using this site
You are welcome to read, share links to, and learn from anything here. Please do not copy pages or guides wholesale onto another site, scrape the site in bulk, try to break into or overload it, or use the contact form to send spam or anything unlawful.
The free guides
The guides at /docs/ are general education, written from my own work. They are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and they cannot account for your business's situation. Platforms such as Google and Meta change often, so check anything important against the platform's current documentation. You use the guides at your own risk, and results are never guaranteed.
Templates in the guides (emails, texts, checklists) are there to be used: copy and adapt them for your own business freely. What I ask is that you do not republish the guides themselves as your own.
Services, offers and agreements
Everything this site says about services, timelines and offers, including the three-month build and the month-three offer, describes how I work in general. The exact scope, fee, schedule and conditions for your business are set in a written agreement before any work starts, and that agreement takes precedence over anything on this site. Nothing on this site is a binding offer on its own.
Your accounts and data
Across every engagement, your accounts, logins, and data stay yours. I build inside accounts you own wherever possible, and you keep everything that was built for you if the work ends. How I handle information on this site is explained in the privacy policy.
Ownership of this site
The text, design, code, guides and images on this site belong to me unless marked otherwise. Names and logos of other companies (for example Google or Meta) belong to their owners and are used only to describe their products.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites and tools. I do not control them and am not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
No warranty
I work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. I do not promise the site will always be up, error-free, or free of harmful components, though I take care that it is.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of this site or the guides. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred US dollars. This does not limit anything that cannot be limited by law, and it does not change the terms of a written agreement between you and me.
Kentucky law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any dispute about the site belongs in the state or federal courts serving Daviess County, Kentucky, unless a written agreement between you and me says otherwise.
Changes
I may update these terms when the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
