Who I am

What I collect

When you submit the contact form, I collect the information you choose to give me: your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name (optional), and your message. The form also records the page you submitted from and basic technical details (browser type and time of submission) to help me respond and prevent spam.

Like most websites, this site uses Google Tag Manager and analytics, which may set cookies and collect standard usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). You can block cookies in your browser settings.

How I use it

• To reply to your inquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the work.
• To understand how the site is used so I can improve it.
• That's it. I do not sell your information, and I do not add you to marketing lists without your say-so.

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent to my own systems (an automation server and database I operate) and emailed to me. They are not shared with third parties except the infrastructure providers that run those systems on my behalf.

Text messages

If you give me your phone number and I use SMS to follow up, it will only be about your inquiry or active project. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you what information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email tucker@tuckershively.com and I'll take care of it.
